1. About Crypt

Crypt (Crypt Chat, Crypt Poll, Crypt Todo, Crypt Paste and their APIs) is a free service run by Jojaweb ("we"). Contact: contact@jojaweb.lu.

2. Agreement

By ticking the box when you first create, join or post, or by using the service or its API, you agree to these Terms and confirm you have read the Privacy Policy.

3. Acceptable use

You must not use Crypt to:

• share or store anything illegal, including child sexual abuse material;
• spread malware, run phishing or scams, or send spam;
• harass, threaten or incite hatred against anyone;
• publish other people's personal data without their consent (doxxing);
• infringe copyrights or other rights of others;
• attack, overload, probe or disrupt the service, or get around its limits.

4. Your content and links

• You keep all rights to what you post. You give us only the permission needed to store, show and send it to people with the matching links, for as long as it is kept.
• You are responsible for what you post and for whom you share links with. Anyone who has a link can use it according to its level. Admin links cannot be recovered if lost.

5. No warranty

Crypt is provided free of charge and "as is". We do not guarantee that it is always available, error-free or that content is never lost. Keep your own copy of anything important. We may change, limit or end the service at any time.

6. Liability

As far as the law allows, we are not liable for any loss or damage arising from the use of Crypt, including lost content or indirect damage. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. API

These Terms also apply to the API. Respect the documented limits and do not share tokens that are not yours to share.

8. Changes

If these Terms change, the version date changes and you are asked to accept them again before you continue.
